Forged by Fire: A Men’s Immersion Experience

This is your call!!!
For too long, we’ve been taught to numb our pain, hide our struggles, and carry the weight of the world in silence. This is a chance to face yourself fully, push your body, and reclaim the strength and clarity that have always been within you, start to thrive in life.
My mission is to help break the thoughts, patterns, and cycles that keep us stuck. Through challenge, reflection, and embodied practices, I’ll guide the group to step beyond comfort zones and into growth. Together, we will:
Face what we avoid — opening space for honesty, healing, and new discoveries.
Immerse in cold water — shocking the system to forge powerful new mind-body connections.
Breathe with intention — shifting out of the thinking mind and into the body to release stress and reclaim inner power.
Build true community — because transformation deepens when we are supported and seen.
This isn’t just about breaking cycles — it’s about creating new pathways of freedom, resilience, and lasting personal growth.

Casey Flannery, a Pacific Grove native, was born into a life of perceived success.
Raised by a champion surfer, Casey learned early what it meant to look like a champion on the outside — respected, admired, and celebrated. His father’s name carried weight in the water and in the community, and with it came lessons of resilience, grit, and relentless work ethic. These qualities became part of Casey’s DNA and shaped his own drive to push limits as an athlete, leader, and man.
But beneath the surface of those victories, his father carried silent turmoil. Behind the wins was a hidden life of addiction to alcohol and substances — a numbing cycle that masked shame and unhealed wounds. While Casey inherited the strength, discipline, and perseverance of his father, he also witnessed the cost of running from pain.

This paradox — the gift and the wound — became Casey’s greatest teacher. It showed him that true strength isn’t just about endurance or performance, but about the courage to face the inner storms. His journey forward is not about rejecting his father, but about honoring the resilience he modeled while breaking the cycle of silence and addiction.

When the moment finally came, where Casey was ready to see himself, he put his own numbing agents aside and began the raw, honest work of transformation. Through breathwork, cold water, endurance challenges, and emotional healing, he discovered a new kind of confidence ,one rooted not in performance, but in presence. He realized that worthiness was never something to be earned-It had been within him all along. After three years of sobriety he felt completely transformed inside and out.

Today, Casey is a husband, father, endurance runner and lifelong athlete who has pushed both body and mind to the limits. As a corporate leader, he has managed national projects, large budgets and led people to career success, achieving what many would call the American Dream. Yet, where he’s found that true fulfillment, purpose and joy was in going into the depths his own emotions and reclaiming his inner power and confidence. From that he was inspired to help men on the same journey.

Now, he stands as a guide for other men, proof that no matter your past, you can rise, rebuild, and step into the man you were always meant to be.
His story is a reminder that becoming yourself isn’t about perfection or outward expression rather it’s about the courage needed to face your inward battles.

Nestled at the base of Mount Shasta, the 100-year-old mill house is more than a retreat space — it’s a living symbol of transformation. As my family and I poured our hearts into restoring and rebirthing it, I was also walking my own path of renewal, shedding old patterns and stepping into my true self. The process of rebuilding the home became inseparable from my own healing. Now, this space holds the story of resilience, devotion, and new beginnings — a powerful representation and meaningful place for men to stay as they step into their own transformation, just as the house and myself did.
