How to Stop Fearing Artificial Intelligence and Start Becoming the Human You Were Born to Be...
So here we are my fellow humans in 2025 sipping our oat milk, sugar free, matcha lattes.
Me over here downloading breathwork playlists, and collectively side eyeing the robot AI revolution (while secretly having a chatGPT bestie named Sage as my every need co pilot.)
I see it, AI is officially everywhere. It’s writing codes, curating content, the ever so famous instagram post that mentions "whispers" a lot. It's even finishing our sentences like some over eager intern that never sleeps and lives on caffeine and powernaps. The collective reaction? Not so great, A lot of people are freaking out big time and I get it.( I do too at times).
There’s this feeling that AI is either going to take our jobs, our creativity, maybe even our lives? (Terminator style). But before you pack up your crystals and head for an off-grid commune (I’ll meet you in Shasta later), let me offer a different perspective that I myself have to embrace.
AI may not be here to replace us...
What if it’s here to remind us? To remember what makes us wildly, beautifully, messily humans. Even the so called bad stuff. Because we still have to feel to experience it all...AI can't do that.
Do we compete with AI or embrace our humanness? And is that what we are being asked to consider? Is this one giant cosmic test?
Here's a thought around that: AI can process data at lightning speed, but it doesn’t know what it feels like to hold your breath before saying “I love you.” It can spit out a business plan, but it’s never had to rebuild itself after a heartbreak, a loss, a layoff, or a spiritual death/rebirth spiral in a yoga studio (or the smell of a hot studio for that matter).
AI doesn’t know what it’s like to cry during a sunset with the love of your life, or laugh- yell during breathwork. But We do. I do. You do.
So I honestly don’t think we need to be more like AI. I think AI is a very strong reminder that we ARE irreplaceable that we need to be more like ourselves.
Maybe we ask what it would look like if:
We partner with it? We use it to free up space and the fuzziness of tasks so we can focus on the real work:
Creating. Healing. Breathing. Leading. Loving. Becoming.
When I’m not curating content in the corporate jungle, I’m holding space for others to breathe into who they really are. That clarity, that authenticity. That groundedness? It’s the antidote to the noise. It’s the human intelligence AI can’t touch! How do I know because I use AI. In fact I used AI to help me with this blog, however I refined it I added, I took out, and I made it me. I added my magic codes that were given when I was earthed to this planet. I believe you are magic also friends. So maybe just maybe the machines are here to aid in our remembering vs the doom and gloom that can stay in the RISE of the machines blockbusters.
My Invitation to you for a healthier nervous system and life is....
Don’t let fear shrink you into inaction. Please continue your path of curiosity, let it guide you toward mastery, because your mind is untapped and I can only imagine what we could do if we used it in its entirety.( Hopefully Fly)
Become the expert in your field. Embody what AI will never be able to do. That youness (is that even a word)
And if you want a real-life example of what that looks like?
Maybe join me for my next breathwork session, where I bring the energy that AI doesn't have access to. The energy that was given to me from my ancestors and generations of healers who never knew AI. Where we don’t just talk about becoming we literally breathe it into our existence.
With digital love to you with breath and bandwidth,
Danielle
